Billy joined Box Equities in October 2025 as an Acquisitions Analyst. In his role, Billy focuses on sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities that align with the firm’s institutional and private investor strategies. He supports the full acquisition process from initial underwriting through closing, and contributes to market research and portfolio growth initiatives.
Prior to joining Box Equities, Billy worked at NAI James E. Hanson, a commercial real estate brokerage in Northern New Jersey, where he specialized in investment sales and leasing transactions across industrial, retail, and office properties. Billy holds a B.B.A. in Finance from James Madison University and is currently pursuing his M.S. in Real Estate at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
