Brad Farber serves as Director of Asset Management at Box Equities, where he oversees the operational and financial performance of the firm’s industrial portfolio. He is responsible for business plan execution, portfolio optimization, capital planning, tenant relations, and the transition of newly acquired assets into ongoing asset management.
Prior to joining Box Equities, Brad was a member of the Hudson Yards development team at Related Companies, where he focused on financial management, budgeting, and institutional investor reporting for one of the largest mixed-use developments in the United States. Earlier in his career, Brad worked at Friedman LLP, specializing in commercial real estate accounting and financial audits.
Brad combines institutional asset management experience with operational oversight to maximize portfolio performance throughout the investment lifecycle.
Brad earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from SUNY Oswego and masters in Accounting from Queens College.
