Mac Dabah serves as Managing Partner of Box Equities, where he is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction, capital allocation, and portfolio growth. Since co-founding the company in 2020, he has overseen the transformation of Box Equities into a leading owner of mission-critical industrial real estate, establishing the firm’s investment strategy, operating platform, and entrepreneurial culture.
Prior to founding Box Equities in 2020, Mac served as Managing Director of his family office, HDS Capital, where he led investments across early- and late-stage technology companies including Uber, Snapchat, FanDuel, and Stylitics, while also investing in consumer brands and intellectual property platforms.
Mac began his career at family-owned apparel company, Regatta, and subsequently Li & Fung, where he held senior operating roles overseeing large-scale distribution operations supporting the apparel and consumer products industries. Through these experiences, he developed an intimate understanding of supply chain operations, logistics networks, and the critical role industrial real estate plays in corporate operations.
Mac earned a Bachelor of Science from New York University.
