Ori Schwartz serves as Co-Founder and Director of Acquisitions for Box Equities, where he oversees the firm’s acquisition platform, leading market selection, sourcing strategy, underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution across the industrial portfolio.
Prior to co-founding Box Equities in 2020, Ori served as Director of Acquisitions at Double U Real Estate, where he managed acquisitions and asset management for a commercial real estate portfolio exceeding $300 million throughout the New York metropolitan area.
Since co-founding Box Equities, Ori has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s investment strategy and geographic expansion, leading the identification of new target markets that have enabled the company to scale its portfolio across more than 16 states across the Midwest and Southeast. He also designed and built the firm’s proprietary sourcing infrastructure, which has become a key competitive advantage generating a consistent pipeline of off-market investment opportunities and fostering one of the industry’s most extensive industrial broker networks.
Ori earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Yeshiva University.
