Rishab serves as an Asset Manager for Box Equities throughout the Southeast and Midwest. His responsibilities include joint venture management with institutional capital partners, maintaining strong tenant relations, ensuring the fulfillment of lease obligations, and budget creation and implementation.
Prior to joining Box Equities, Rishab served as an Industrial Asset Manager at Nuveen Real Estate, covering the Northeast and North Central regions. Concurrently, he served as an Assistant Portfolio Manager for their U.S. open-end core industrial vehicle.
Rishab received a bachelor’s degree from the Rutgers Business School, with a major in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate in May 2022.
