Who We Are

Box Equities is a vertically-integrated privately-held real estate investment firm, focused on acquiring undervalued NNN industrial properties in primary and secondary US markets. The firm deliberately targets highly functional manufacturing and distribution facilities across the Southeast and Midwest that benefit from superior highway access and stable labor supply.

To date, the firm has purchased 28 assets at a steep discount to replacement cost with significant mark-to-market upside. The portfolio currently consists of over 6 million square feet in 13 states acquired at an average cap rate of 8%. Nearly half of the portfolio's rent roll is leased to investment grade tenants.
